Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of A1 Bot, its Discord application, website, dashboards, support services, and premium features (collectively, "A1"). By installing, accessing, or using A1, you agree to these terms and Discord's applicable terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You may use A1 only in accordance with applicable law, Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and these terms. You must not use A1 to harass others, distribute unlawful or harmful material, evade moderation, interfere with the service, abuse automated features, or attempt unauthorized access to A1 or its data.
Server administrators
Server administrators are responsible for configuring A1 appropriately, granting only the permissions needed for enabled features, and ensuring their use of A1 complies with their server rules and applicable law. Administrators should review configured moderation, logging, ticket, role, and automation features before enabling them.
Content and data
You retain responsibility for content submitted through Discord or A1. A1 processes Discord-provided information only as needed to provide requested features. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and limitation of liability
A1 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of all data, or compatibility with every Discord server configuration. To the extent permitted by law, A1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as A1 evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Questions, support requests, and reports can be sent through the Support Center or the A1 support server.
